Memorandum of Understanding with University of Malaya

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, 11 July 2019 — Our subsidiary, SCU Southeast Asia Sdn Bhd (“SCU-SEA”) has successfully signed a memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) with University of Malaya, Malaysia (“UM”) on establishing a research collaboration.

The MOU would allow our company and UM to promote the sharing of knowledge and expertise through:

• Student, academic and administrative staff exchange;
• Joint research activities;
• Exchange of publications, reports and other academic materials and information and sharing of other activities; and
• Sharing of other activities and programmes in areas of mutual interest, where such sharing shall result in benefit to both Parties.
