The Cannabis Investor Series Ep 4: The Global Cannabis Economy

With a global movement of legalization of cannabis, the Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”) or CSE TV has invited a number of distinguished speakers to look beyond Canada and the US and explore what’s happening around the world. Topics included were medical cannabis in Europe and Israel, cultivation in Mexico and across Latin America, and recent developments in Asia.

Our CEO, Mr Philip Gu was invited as the guest speaker to share his insights on the topic of Cannabis and Hemp development in China, covering key aspects including Industrial Hemp application on Food & Beverage as well as on the Textile and Construction industry. More importantly, Philip shared on the China government jurisdiction and their standpoint on CBD while stating a few viable suggestions on how foreign players can participate and penetrate into the China market.
